Three yoga classes are scheduled for 2026, commencing Tuesday 3rd February.Tuesdays 3pm-4:15pm Gentle hatha yoga class.
In Hatha, the yoga poses (asanas) are performed slowly. The poses build strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on mindfulness and relaxation. The focus is on controlling both the posture and the breath. We also draw from Iyengar and Satyananda styles.
Wednesdays 6am-7am for the early birds. Vinyasa flow yoga class.
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and fluid form of yoga incorporating smooth transitions, sun salutations (surya namaskar) and a sequence of standing and balancing poses (asanas). Asanas flow seamlessly from one to the next, creating a harmonious and meditative movement that enhances flexibility, strength, and mental focus
Wednesdays 9:30am-10:45am Gentle hatha yoga class.
