This beginners’ Yin yoga class will gently open up tight hips to improve flexibility. The gentle stretching and lengthening poses included in this class, including Sleeping Swan Pose, can help to relieve the discomfort and sometimes pain associated with tight hips.Many people today lead sedentary lifestyles with long hours in front of the computer. Being bound to the desk can lead to hip muscles being in constant contraction, which can result in tightness or pain.
Weakened muscles due to lack of exercise can also be a cause of pain, as well as an injury or chronic medical condition.

All classes are for beginners and take place at Crescent Yoga Studio at St Anne’s Tennis Club FY8 2QH. The yoga studio is fully equipped so you don’t need to bring anything with you, unless you prefer to use your own mat and blanket etc.
Classes are £8 on Thursday evenings 7:15-8:15pm and £10 on Saturday mornings 9:30-11:00am and sometimes 10:00-11:30am.
