YogaSix is an all-inclusive yoga and fitness studio located at 372 South Main St. next to Slider Inn Downtown!
Our main goal is to provide a space and experience that is energizing, empowering, and fun. Our studio offers 6 different core class offerings, with beginner friendly classes, hot yoga, and a high energy yoga workout class!
Bring a yoga mat and join instructor Ally Parker and come flow with us at Grind City Brewing Company overlooking the Memphis/Arkansas Bridge and enjoy the beautiful outdoors with a yoga flow followed by your first draft beer for just $5!
