Yoga Class and a Glass Yoga with Luke Sasek on Saturday, May 4th at 9:45 AM
Join us in the taproom for a 1-hour ALL LEVEL yoga practice followed by a beverage of your choice. The class and glass are included in the $15. Bring your yoga mat and water.
Luke has been a student of yoga asana and meditative practices for 10+ years. His dedication to daily practice and commitment to deepening his learning is fueled by an intense curiosity around the myriad ways in which breath, the somatic body, and consciousness all interplay with one another. He teaches a straightforward, "no frills," class from a rich depth of personal experience on the mat. He has studied intensively with some of the most prominent and experienced instructors in Southeast Michigan, including Todd Tesen, Chris Briney, and Matthew Darling
Please arrive a little early to sign a waiver, get your spot and warm up. No pre-registration, but spots fill up quick!
