About this Event
Gentle flow is a style of yoga which is slow, and links breath with movement. Each class will include some gentle breathwork or pranayama. You'll move through a sequence of poses that are designed to gently stretch and strengthen your muscles while promoting relaxation and stress relief. The pace of the class is slow and mindful, allowing you to move at your own pace and explore each pose with ease. You'll be offered options for you to choose from, so that you do what is right for your body on that day.Yoga classes are inclusive, where I welcome students, regardless of their experience, mobility or ability level. Modifications and options are offered so that you can choose to make your practice right for you. It is a great option for beginners, older adults, or anyone looking for a more relaxed and gentle yoga experience.
Entry is via the side gate on Panitya St (not the main pool entry).
