Going back to basics over the summer we will take a closer look at the foundational poses of our practice and their variations. This week we are going to look at chair pose. This pose improves balance and can build cardiovascular health and resilience. This deeper look takes us further into feeling the postures with our body and how they can benefit everyday movement. All classes are £6 for CSC members or £9 for non-members (membership of CSC is just £10 and is open to everyone). Pay on the day by card/contactless/cash/bank transfer.
A regular yoga practice works to improve your well-being both physically and emotionally. It will improve your posture, flexibility and balance. Practicing yoga also helps to reduce stress and fatigue, promoting better sleep and overall health. All levels are welcome with accommodations for injuries available. Suitable for all ages from 14+ (under 16 to be accompanied by an adult). Mats provided.
