Satpal is an experienced and internationally certified yoga teacher who has been sharing practices that support wellbeing of the mind, body and spirit for many years. At The Sound School he teaches alternating weekly classes of Kundalini Yoga and Yoga-Chi, creating a welcoming space for students of all levels to explore movement, breath, meditation and inner awareness.His classes weave together traditional yoga practices with accessible teachings from yoga philosophy. Each series of sessions follows a theme, allowing students to explore different aspects of the practice in a meaningful way. Themes may include journeys through the seven chakras, the eight limbs of yoga, the changing seasons, connections with the planets, or a focus on different parts of the body and organs.
Kundalini Yoga classes combine movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation to awaken energy, cultivate clarity and build resilience.
Yoga-Chi is a unique and gentle fusion of yoga and Tai Chi, blending flowing movement with mindful breathing to improve balance, mobility and calmness.
These classes offer a supportive and friendly environment where students can deepen their practice, learn something new each week, and enjoy a practice that nurtures the whole person.
