Learn to master the mind through Movement, Meditation, Tai Chi & Kundalini Yoga.Each week will alternate between Tai Chi & Kundalini Yoga.

Yoga-Chi is a combination of ancient authentic disciplines Yoga and Tai Chi. When practised together with correct breath flow and a focused mind, one can reach a state of bliss.
Kundalini yoga utilizes movement (postures), dynamic breathing, chanting and
meditation to relax and restore your mind and body while improving strength,
flexibility, and endurance.
This powerfully effective form of yoga stimulates the immune, nervous, and
glandular systems, helping to bring you back into true harmony.
Yoga has many mental and physical health benefits, this is a great opportunity to start, revisit or progress with your journey. Giving yourself the gift of starting and progressing with your spiritual practice will help you become, stronger, fitter, calmer and happier person.
These classes will start with getting a good stable understanding of pranayama and postures, and will progress into getting a stronger practice with pursuing the real essence of yoga which is the eight limbs of yoga (morals guidelines, postures, breath work, focus and meditation) this will be done whilst working on the chakras, elements and various meditations
We will have alternative weeks. One week practicing the ancient Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, and the following week the wonderful ancient art of Yoga with Tai Chi (Yoga-Chi) a moving meditation.
This practice can help busy minds, stress, promote better sleep, improve intuition and tune into your own body wisdom.
We also are a community where we do various activities together including mindful walks, visit to Glastonbury, roller skating, curry nights and more.
