The practice of yoga involves more than just doing poses on the yoga mat. Karma yoga or Seva – which means selfless action – is also an important part. We therefore want to end the year in the spirit of giving with a special class that offers you the opportunity to stretch both your body and your wallet. The class is donation-based, and all proceeds go directly to the organisation V-Care in Mysore, India.This year's class combines active stretching with yin yoga and gives you dynamic mobility training as well as deep relaxation in the same session. Perfect for those who want to stretch, soften and give back at the same time. After class we have tea and fika together.
Ashtanga Yoga Malmö supports the V-Care organisation in Mysore, India, in collaboration with Yogashala Stockholm, since many years. V-Care works for social change, strengthening the rights of girls and children, and giving children from marginalised groups an education and a better future.

Price: Optional donation (recommended 200 SEK) via swish. The money goes directly to V-Care. The class costs nothing beyond your donation.
