Our Yoga Calm instructor, Amanda Romero, will use an integrated approach of yoga, mindfulness, physical poses, nervous-system regulation, social/emotional skill development, and emotional support to help equip children with the skills, self-understanding, and self-confidence needed to make healthy life choices.Using techniques and curriculum based on Yoga Calm, participants will leave feeling more focused, relaxed, and energized. Skills and activities covered are simple breathing techniques; yoga poses; games that develop patience, mindfulness, compassion, and leadership skills; relaxation techniques and storytelling.
What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing
Register online! Cost is $18/class for children ages 4-10.
