About this Event
Dre (she/ her) is a student and guide of meditation, movement, and spirit. With over 300 hours of yoga training and as a trauma survivor herself, she offers a wealth of knowledge on healing trauma through the practice, and establishing freedom and mobility in the body and mind. Her weekly classes are perfectly designed to help take your yoga practice deeper than ever before, exploring somatic healing, self-inquiry, and radical self-acceptance.
