Unity Spiritual Center of Woodstock has teamed up with the talented Kelley Edwards from Be Moved Yoga Studio in Crystal Lake to offer a Monthly Candlelight Yoga Class.Many of you may remember Kelley from our Spiritual Summit—her calming presence and mindful teaching create the perfect atmosphere to unwind and connect within.
