Yoga Budz Feb: The Love Within

Yoga Budz in February is all about slow, intentional self-love — the kind you feel in your body, not just think about.

This is a herb-friendly, yin-style yoga and sound experience designed to help you soften, slow down, and truly receive.

✨ How the class will flow:

• First 10 minutes: free smoke & relaxed connection (BYOBud)

• Ocean breath guided with a live ocean sound instrument

• A gentle head-to-toe body scan, returning awareness to the heart

• Extended heart-centered meditation with the heart crystal singing bowl

• Yin-style yoga with longer holds (around 3 minutes per pose), focusing on self-love, release, and nervous system ease

• Heart bowl woven into select poses

• Closing rest to integrate everything

This is not about stretching deeper or pushing further.

It’s about staying, listening, and being kind to your body.

All poses are optional.

Rest is encouraged.

Stillness is welcome.

Come as you are — curious, tired, open, or simply needing to feel held.
