* 90 minutes of movement, breath work, meditation & relaxation

* Time to connect with like minded people & questions with the teacher

9am - 10.30am
You will be guided through a Seasonal inspired Hatha Vinyasa practice followed by some Yin Yoga Shapes, Breath-work & Meditation. This practice aims to help you to find balance mentally & physically during the seasons. This practice combines flexibility, strength & mindset.

Brunch prepared by The Lake House staff. Served with unlimited hot tea & coffee
