Hello, we are Grace and Aimée, two friends living in Bristol. We are so excited for this collaboration bringing you a wholesome morning of yoga and brunch!
Our goal is to create a friendly, welcoming community for people to connect with themselves, each other and eat some nutritious and delicious food.
About Grace
I am a self taught vegan chef and baker with a wealth of experience working in kitchens in both the UK and the United States. I have also hosted supper clubs, facilitated workshops, catered retreats and designed menus for a busy cafe. I recently started a baking business but love nothing more than holding events that enable people to share a meal around a table.
About Aimée
I am an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher. My primary focus is creating a safe space for people to show up as they are. I am fascinated by the workings of the human body including anatomy, the mind-body connection and the science of breathing. I am constantly learning and love using this knowledge base to support and empower my students to cultivate a practice that works for them.
I completed my 200 hour John Scott teacher training in 2020 with Claire Berghorst. Since then I have taught a mix of online and in person classes including short form Ashtanga Vinyasa classes and restorative classes.

Event description
Yoga with Aimée
This class will take inspiration from the Ashtanga primary series, incorporating asana (postures) to build both strength and flexibility. You will be guided through breathing exercises followed by sun salutations and a gentle flow perfect for a sunday morning. This will conclude with asana designed to slow the breath and recenter.
Suitable for beginners or to support those with an established practice.
Brunch with Grace
Having been vegan for almost a decade I have learnt a lot about nutrition and how to fuel your body on a plant based diet. Watch this space for the brunch menu!
Both Grace and Aimée will join for brunch and welcome any questions you may have about yoga and food.
We can’t wait to see you there!
