Sunday morning Yang to Yin yoga class followed by a delicious brunch. Our yoga class is 75 mins, non-heated and starts with breathwork, then a flowing vinyasa yoga sequence, and finishes with a few slow, floor based restorative yin postures using bolsters, blocks and eye masks. This session is perfect for beginners to intermediate.
Brunch will be served afterwards. Expect: raw cacao and collagen hot chocolate; granola with warm pear puree plus coconut and greek yoghurt; blueberry muffins; pumpkin bread with smashed avocado, hummus or cream cheese and mango and chocolate bliss balls. We cater for all diets, gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian.
