About your hosts
Lucy Sesto - Yoga Instructor
My heart has always been drawn to movement. I used to represent Great Britain competing across Europe in Acrobatic Gymnastics. I studied Psychology and Sociology and originally wanted to become a therapist. I then began my practice of yoga and realised not only was it helping me physically but it was also really helping my mental health. I then took the leap to study to become a yoga teacher in Bali and now teach a mix of vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative and power yoga. To me, yoga is so much more than being able to bend your body in different positions. It's about discovering who you are and taking yourself on an incredible journey to get you know yourself better.
Rob Rea - Breathwork Instructor
My journey with breathwork started over a decade ago in Bali. Here I discovered within stillness, a sanctuary for creativity, introspection and healing. Over the past decade I have dedicated myself to exploring various breathwork practices and methodologies, exploring the profound connection between our physiological and psychological states. My path has taken me on a global adventure, where I have integrated breathwork, meditation & somatic experiencing techniques into my daily life.
