Join us for a nourishing Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Meditation session designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and restore balance. This gentle and accessible session is open to all levels, with no prior yoga experience required.The event includes a guided yoga practice, breathwork, and an immersive sound bath, creating space for deep relaxation and mindful connection. After the session, participants are welcome to stay and enjoy stalls and homemade cakes in a warm, community-focused setting.
The afternoon begins with doors opening at 1:30pm, followed by the full Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Meditation session from 2:00–3:30pm. From 3:30pm onwards, stay and enjoy stalls and homemade cakes in a welcoming community space.
All mats and necessary equipment will be provided, although participants are very welcome to bring their own mats if they prefer. There is also plenty of free parking available at the venue.
Hosted at Yoga Reading, this special event costs £36 per person, with all proceeds donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP). Join us to unwind, reconnect, and support an important humanitarian cause
