Yoga and Boxing? Yes please! We are teaming up with Josh’s Boxing for a 90 minute event! The class will start with boxing, move to a slow flow and end in an extended savasana.
Josh’s Boxing Class is unique in that it's accessible to all fitness levels and ages and use real boxing technique, form, combinations, and training set to a group fitness format.
The Slow Flow that follows will be focusing on stretching the muscles used during the boxing session, slowing down the breath, and strengthening the mind body connection. This portion will be taught by Aja.
What do you need?
- Boxing gloves (optional)
- Yoga Mat
- You can do this class with or without Boxing gloves. If you have your own, please bring them.
