I am delighted to introduce our Yoga book for the New Year.Living Your Yoga finding the spiritual in everyday life by Judith Hanson Lasater
As we read this book that takes us beyond the mat and guides us in the quest to integrate practice into lived wisdom we will meet 3 times to connect and reflect.
These sessions will take place on Sundays at 6pm and will take the place of my usual Restorative Yoga class on those days.

3-Class Series:

Together, we’ll slow down, listen deeply, and discover practical ways to embody yoga in real life—right where we are.
What to expect:
Thoughtful discussion of selected chapters and themes
Simple breathwork and meditation to ground the teachings in lived experience and an asana practice to support our learning
A warm, supportive space for sharing and connection
We will dive into:
Presence and awareness in everyday moments
Compassion, boundaries, and self-care
Letting go, acceptance, and living with intention
Integrating yoga philosophy into work, family, and community life
Whether you are new to yoga philosophy or have been walking this path for years, this series offers a meaningful opportunity to deepen your understanding, connect with others, and explore how spiritual practice can gently and authentically infuse everyday life.
