About this Event
Journey into the heart of yoga with the Yoga Beyond the Mat series! Together we will delve into the profound wisdom of yoga philosophy by exploring the Yamas, five foundational principles that guide us towards a more conscious and fulfilling existence.
Each session is a holistic experience, combining a basic introduction to the yama of the day, a dynamic yet accessible 45-minute yoga flow that embodies the theme through movement, and a thought-provoking 30-minute journaling and discussion grounded in the realities of current times and culture.
Join us for all 5 sessions, or hop in for the yamas that you are most drawn to.
