Join us for yoga benefiting the American Heart Association at the Corpus Christi Yacht Club Saturday morning April 5th at 9am.
Stacie Richline will be teaching a beginner-friendly heart-opennig yoga class
The cost is $25 and 100% of the class cost and your donations go to benefiting the American Heart Association. Dee Hargis is a 2025 Woman of Impact nominee. Her team Pulse Partners has set an ambitious goal to raise $25,000 to support the American Heart Association (AHA) and the life saving Go Red for Women movement. Go Red for Women is more than a campaign–it's a movement empowering women to take charge of their heart health and advocate for those they cherish most. It’s about creating change, not just wearing red or creating facts, but standing together to prevent the unnecessary loss of even one woman to heart disease. *Please bring a mat if you have one and we'll have a few extras available.
