About this Event
Join us for a private, exclusive event on May the 4th, at the Dark Side in the Tempe Farmers Market. Ashton and Kelin will lead a bellydance infused yoga workshop for 45 mins followed by 45 mins of ecstatic dance. the event occurs before the venue is open to the public to ensure we can sink into and express ourselves in a safe and private container. Afterwards the bar/market will open and mocktails and cocktails can be enjoyed while the music continues.
The theme is exploring our darkside and learning to transmute and integrate through somatic movement and ecstatic release.
What to wear: yoga and/or bellydance attire. Feel free to bring a coin belt, but there will be ones available to borrow or purchase.
What to bring: water bottle, yoga mat, open heart
