This series is open to beginner and seasoned yoga practitioners alike. It’s a great way to start a yoga practice, as it teaches new students the fundamentals of yoga and provides a safe and engaging learning environment. Seasoned practitioners can explore many alignment and anatomical cues that are not often addressed in group yoga classes. Students learn yogic breathing, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques, taught in a sequential manner to help build strength and flexibility.This is a 3-week series, starting June 1st, and meeting on June 8th and 15th.
