Start your yoga journey and learn the foundations of yoga.Our 6-week Beginners Course is designed to teach you the foundations of yoga, and get you prepared for studio classes.
Small in class size, beginners courses guide you through all the ways we move in yoga: forwards, backwards, sideways, inversions and twists, with detailed instruction.
We teach this a handful of times through the year. This course is suitable for the novice yogi, but also a long-time yogi who perhaps was never exposed to the fundamentals, and wishes to improve their practice.
All students on the Beginners Course get a 50% discount to attend regular Beginners Classes (Mondays and Wednesdays 515pm) during the six-week course. Discount code given on first class.
