Learn the foundations of yoga, in a small class with personal attention, preparing you to join into any class on our timetable.Our 6-week Beginners Course is designed to teach you the foundations of yoga, and get you prepared for studio classes. Small in class size, beginners courses guide you through all the ways we move in yoga: forwards, backwards, sideways, inversions and twists, with detailed instruction.
Each week focuses on different aspects of yoga to help you build a solid foundation. You will learn a sequence building week on week, which you can also practice at home.
We teach this a handful of times through the year. This course is suitable for the novice yogi, but also a long-time yogi who perhaps was never exposed to the fundamentals, and wishes to improve their practice.
All students on the Beginners Course get a 50% discount to attend regular Beginners Classes (Mondays and Wednesdays 515pm) during the six-week course. Discount code given on first class.
