These classes will focus on the basic principles of Patanjali’s 8 fold path of yoga (called Ashtanga – ‘eight limbs’) which offers fantastic guidelines for a meaningful and purposeful life.
The course will cover the main benefits of yoga: posture, breath and moral values and ensure you feel confident in any Yoga class. You will learn how Yoga can reduce your stress and increase wellbeing and strength.
Class costs:
£40 for the Yoga Basics 2 day course ( or £32 concessions)
£24 single class ( or £18 concessions)
