Yoga Barre Fusion This workout is a blend of Yoga, Barre, strength and endurance.
This class will focus on hips, thighs, abs and arms, while combining the mental benefits of yoga. This low impact class shapes long lean muscles while firming and tightening
What to bring : yoga mat, resistant band, 2 and/or 5 pound dumbbells, socks or ballet shoes, optional
