A combination of yoga, dance, pilates and functional fitness into one great, low impact workout!
Expect a good full-body, muscle endurance workout which blends cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning into a total body workout, targeting the legs, hips, glutes, core and arms. It targets smaller muscle groups using light weights, body weight, resistance bands and high repetition. It relies on precise, low-impact movements that can improve your posture, alignment, mobility, and increase your overall strength.

Beginners are welcome as trainers will provide adaptation.
Yoga mats and props will be provided free during the session. However, if you prefer to use your own equipment, please feel free to bring them along for class.
