About Yoga Ballet Fusion:
Immerse yourself in a unique fusion of the grace of ballet and the mindfulness of yoga, syncing music with breath and movements.
Each workshop starts with Pranayama focusing on breathing, then both a floor and classical ballet warm-up. You'll dance three choreographed yoga sequences awakening your inner dancer and discovering your inner beauty, and end with a relaxing savasana.
