What will be covered in this class:
1.Hip-hop Dance(easy to follow along; ~12 minutes)
2. Single-Leg hop&swiss Ball bump in(Group exercise game; ~ 4 minutes; for Reduces risk of ankle sprains and Improves ankle stability and mobility)
3. Back Leg Swiss Ball(group movement)
4. Supported Back Extension&hamstring on Swiss ball(group movement)
5.Swiss ball passing(group exercise; build core muscles)
6. Swiss Ball climbing (Group workout game; Weight loss)
7. Hip flexor stretch with Swiss Ball (teamwork stretch)
8. Yoga Ball passing above(Partner exercise)
9. Back strengthen on a stability ball(Partner exercise)
10. Dead bug with stability ball (Partner exercise; strengthens core muscles; Reduced back pain; improved posture)
11. Middle split with Swiss ball(Partner Stretch)
12. Low Plank, Arms on stability ball(core muscle building)
13. Low Plank, feet on stability ball (Core strength)
14. Backbend on yoga ball( easy stretch; tension and back pain release)
15. Side body stretch on Yoga ball (for healthier spine)
16.Self-introduction 3 Things I Am Grateful(social chatting, getting to know each other a little bit, making friends)
You need to bring:
1. Grip socks above the ankles, ballet shoes, or your regular socks above the ankles.
2. A bottle of water for yourself(no glass on the ballet dance floor)
