Daksha Foundation invites you to a special Yoga Awareness & Donor Felicitation Programme designed to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being while celebrating the individuals who have supported our initiatives.
This carefully curated event blends structured yoga practice with moments of gratitude, recognition, and community connection.
What to Expect
Registration & Welcome
Guests will be welcomed at the registration desk. Volunteers will assist with sign-ins and provide yoga mats and water.
Lighting of the Lamp & Opening Note
The programme will begin with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by a welcome address and a brief introduction to the mission and work of Daksha Foundation.
Guided Yoga Session
Led by a certified yoga instructor, this session will include:
- Opening prayer & breath awareness
- Gentle warm-ups (neck, shoulders, wrists, ankles)
- Surya Namaskar (8 guided rounds)
- Standing, seated, and supine asanas
- Pranayama and mindfulness meditation
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Refreshment Break
Light refreshments and water will be served.
Donor Felicitation Ceremony
A special segment honouring donors through:
- A short presentation showcasing Daksha Foundation’s work
- Distribution of Certificates of Appreciation and commemorative mementos
- Photo session and brief donor remarks
Closing Segment
Vote of thanks followed by a calming meditation and Shanti Mantra.
