About this Event
Yoga at the Port will be held at the Portneuf Health Trust Amphitheatre on Saturday, September 21st. This event is FREE to all!! Every person attending will have to register themselves due to each person needing to sign a waiver. Gates will open at 7:30AM so people have time to walk to the venue and find a spot; please plan accordingly. The class will go from 8:00AM-9:00AM. Participants must bring their own yoga mat, water, and any props they might need for class. This class is for all ages and yoga abilities. Once class is over, we encourage everyone to walk through “Health Row” to visit all the health-related vendors. Vendors will include local gyms, yoga communities, clinics, outdoor rental shops, and much more! Freebees and samples will be provided. We can't wait to see you at Yoga at the Port!!
