Yoga at the Port is BACK for its third amazing year with Studio B Fitness, and we're rolling out our mats at the stunning Portneuf Health Trust Amphitheatre on Saturday, September 20th! Here's some things to know:
Gates open at 7:30am
Yoga from 8am-9am
Health Row from 9am-10am
Health row will feature local health-related vendors ranging from gyms to outdoor rentals to health clinics. The best part - it's completely FREE for everyone, first timers and seasoned masters welcome! Please bring your own mat, water, and any props you may need. We can't wait to celebrate with you in the sun!
