Yoga at the Plaza is community driven, donation based yoga that takes place in beautiful Argenta! We gather every Wednesday from 6-7 pm on the Plaza stage for an all levels yoga class class taught by Shontel, Susanna, Ann with some guest appearances from teachers in the community!
Here, props are provided for support, but please bring your own mat and water.
We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early to sign a waiver and settle in. Attendees are encouraged to park in the visitors center parking across the street for free.
Donations are encouraged and all funds go back into providing a safe and more fulfilling practice.
