Join Crossroads Center as we host Shanti Yoga Center for our FREE summer yoga series. Classes guided by the highly experienced and professional team from Shanti Yoga Center
Join us for a gentle morning flow class with an emphasis on stretching, moving and breathing to reduce stress and anxiety.
If you have never done yoga before, this would be a great introduction to the practice. We will move slowly encouraging and promoting relaxation, flexibility and tension relief.
It is known that a short practice synchronizing the body, breath, and movement is an excellent way to transition from sleep to wakefulness, for an optimal start to the day. In this class, we will move through a gentle flow, utilizing breathwork throughout to invigorate the body and mind. As we access the front, sides, and back body, we invite flexibility and fluidity in our body, with the intention to carry that with us through the day. We will end with a short meditation and mindful presence.
Please mark yourself as going so we have a good idea of the amount of people who will be in attendance. Bring a yoga mat/towel or both.
