Welcome to all, including complete beginners.
You will have your own yoga mat, bolster, strap, eye pillow and blanket to use during the session.
My classes are an environment for everyone whether you have practised yoga for years or have never been to a class before.

❤️Each week my classes run with a different theme, varying from physical aspects of the body, emotions, and moon yoga; creating a journey for your practise.
