Join us at Independence County Library for a free weekly yoga session designed to promote movement, mindfulness, and community wellness Mondays at 10 a.m.Led by yoga instructor Sarah Harmon, each class is open to all abilities and provides a welcoming environment for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Participants are encouraged to bring their own gear, but mats and supplies will also be available to borrow.
