Rise and Shine with a 60-minute gentle yoga flow for all levels, from beginners to yoga enthusiasts!
Join us by the water for a donation-based class (suggested $10-$20). Your contributions are greatly appreciated; pay what feels best for you. Thank you!
📅 When? Weather permitting, Fridays on May 31st, June 14, June 21 and June 28th, 2024, at 9:30 AM. Keep an eye out; we might add more Fridays for summer/ fall if there is a demand! June 8th is skipped due to a work schedule conflict.
📍 Where? Cobblestone Lake. Look for us near the Cobblestone Lake Picnic Shelter/Pavilion—follow the sidewalk to the lake to find a little pavilion right on the waterfront. 15591 Cobblestone Lake Parkway, Apple Valley, MN 55124
