Come breathe, move, and reconnect with nature at Yoga on the Farm—a serene outdoor experience at Flying Duck Farm Horse Sanctuary.
We’ll begin with a 45-minute all-levels yoga and sound healing session, designed to ground your body, calm your nervous system, and awaken your senses to the rhythms of nature. Danielle will lead gentle movement while Cinnamon offers live sound healing with singing bowls and frequency tools.
Afterward, stay and enjoy the peaceful setting:

🐴 Stroll through the sanctuary grounds
☀️ Snap a few nature pics and soak in the view
🌿 Connect with community and meet the founders of both The Self-Care Academy and Flying Duck Farm
