Yoga at the Farm

Begin your weekend with a 60-minute Hatha yoga session in the serene, open-air setting of Equine Alliance Farm. Join us every Saturday at 8:30 AM for a peaceful practice surrounded by nature.
As you stretch and breathe, our gentle therapy horses will be nearby, quietly observing. You may even hear them sigh in harmony with your relaxation. While our horses bring a calming presence, they will remain in a separate space for everyone’s safety.
*Important Details:
- Pre-registration is required.
- In case of inclement weather, you will receive an email 60 minutes before the start of class.
- Classes begin promptly, so we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early.
Our experienced instructors, trained by the Himalayan Institute, welcome all levels of practice and provide modifications for a safe and fulfilling experience.

- Yoga mat (available for purchase at $5 if needed)
- Water
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray (optional)
