Welcome to Yoga at Everoak! Join Christina Bisirri, 500 CYT yoga instructor and community herbalist, for a rejuvenating yoga session as the sun rises over Everoak Farm. Join us this autumn morning for movement, connection, and breath as the farm awakens and the dew settles on the earth. Bring your yoga mat, towel, sunscreen, and water. All yogis 12 and over are welcome. Please plan to arrive by 7:55am.

After yoga, you're welcome to stay for Everoak's Saturday morning CSA market and shop an number of local vendors.
