At this unique event, guests will experience the connection between nature and wellness under the majestic, centuries-old Angel Oak tree. Popular Johns Island yoga instructor Lauren Frye will lead the group, incorporating a blend of breath and movement into the rejuvenating, hour-long session. Beginners are welcome to attend, as modifications for more complex poses will be demonstrated.
