Every Tuesday (Note: NO Yoga on July 29)This one hour movement class is taught with the beginner in mind while offering different levels of challenges for the intermediate to advanced students. We will focus on breathing and balance while engaging core strength, increasing flexibility, and building stamina. Yoga means: “To yoke together or to bring together; aka Union” and that is what these mind/body/spirit integration classes are about. All are welcome!
$20 for a monthly membership or $5 per drop-in.
Classes are held in the Starworks Gallery, but guests must enter and pay through Starworks Cafe & Taproom.
