Join us in the warmth of Souba’s Greenhouse for a gentle yoga class!
This yoga class will be for all levels, so no experience is necessary. We will warm up our bodies with an easy flow and finish with a peaceful relaxation. After class is finished, you can explore the beautiful spring flowers growing at the greenhouse while sipping on some wine. All participants will go home with their own succulent plant, courtesy of Souba’s.
Please bring water to drink and a yoga mat if you have one and a towel to go under your mat for cushion – we will have extras mats on hand for those who don’t.
