Yoga-all levels, all ages. $20 adults, $12 children (ages 3-15), children under 3 are free. Bring your mat, or towel, & a good attitude.
About this Event

Come join us for Family Yoga with Mandy Loy. Mandy is a yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience blending mindful movement, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and breathwork. She specializes in Meridian Yoga, a practice that connects body, mind, and energy pathways for balance and well-being. Mandy loves creating a welcoming space for all ages to move, breathe, and learn together in a way that feels uplifting, calming, and nourishing.

Children are welcome to participate or just play in and around the lawn. Particpating children ages 3-15 are $12, and children under 3 who are on the mat with their parent are free. Weather permitting we will be on the lawn. Mats will not be provided so bring what you have, or just a towel. If you have mats to share, bring them... someone may need to borrow one :-)

We expect all parents will be mindful of other participants but this is family-friendly yoga.
