This is the LAST yoga session at Moon Hollow of 2025; join us for slow morning.Casey-Jean (CJ) Miller, 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, for a gentle, grounding yoga flow designed to help you shake off stress, ease tension, and reconnect with yourself—one breath at a time.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already in your flow, this practice is here to support your body and mind - ease tension, build strength and balance.

🕤 Time: 10:30 – 11:30 AM (Arrive up to 15 minutes early to get settled)

🧘 What to Bring: Yoga mat; if you tend to run cold, a light layer might be appreciated in the taproom
