Join us outdoors at America's first County Park - Essex County Branch Brook Park.
Branch Brook Park Alliance, in partnership with Essex County and the Department of Parks, has partnered with Lotus Enterprises to provide the community with free Yoga. Tell everyone you know.
WHEN
Sessions are Wednesday & Saturday and advance registration is required. If no one is registered the session will be canceled. This is outdoors and will likely be canceled in extreme weather conditions.
WHERE
Sessions are held near the lion statues at Prudential Concert Grove in Branch Brook Park.
• No experience needed.
• Yoga mats are provided if you don't have one.
• Open to all ages (must have guardian if under 18).
REQUIREMENTS
• Wavier - you must sign the waiver on arrival - every time you participate, this is a non-negotiable.
• Feedback - we encourage you to share with us why you enjoy the free yoga sessions funded through Branch Brook Park Alliance. This helps keep the sessions free.
