Join us for a calm, grounding session that mixes gentle yoga with creative reflection. We'll start with a slow yoga flow to help you relax and reconnect with your body. After yoga, you have the option to create in art journals with time to reflect, express yourself, and rest. We'll honor winter's quiet and explore subtle inner changes, letting go of what no longer serves and opening to what's next. No yoga or art experience needed. Small Art journals and drawing/collage supplies are provided but you are welcome to bring in our own journals/supplies as well.
This class is ideal for anyone seeking a moment of pause, creativity, and connection.
This session is led by Shan of Empowering Peace Yoga & Wellness. Shan Hunt is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Certified Wellness Coach. With degrees in Kinesiology and Physical Therapist Assisting, she brings a gentle, anatomy-informed approach to yoga that prioritizes accessibility, nervous-system support, and mindful movement. Shan creates welcoming, calming spaces where participants can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported
