This workshop is a sacred space to reconnect to the womb, reclaim feminine knowledge, and learn how to nourish our bodies naturally through ritual and rest. Through the ancient tradition of Yoni Steaming and the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga, we will explore how to listen to our womb, support our cycles, and create intentional self-care utilizing healing herbs and embodied practice. You’ll leave feeling nourished, informed, and empowered with tools to care for your womb and cycle more intentionally.
In this 2-part experience, you’ll receive:
- Opening tea ritual, music + intention setting
- Guided education on Yoni Steaming, including:
- The roots and purpose of this sacred practice
- Physical, emotional & energetic benefits for the womb and cycle
- Common herbs used for steaming and their healing properties
- Safety guidelines, when not to steam, and honoring your body’s signals
- A live demo on how to create your own at-home steam ritual
- A calming Yin Yoga flow to soften into the hips and pelvis, open the heart, and release tension
- A guided womb meditation for healing, reconnection, and self-love
- Closing circle for reflection, sharing, and integration
This workshop is for you if you’re ready to:
